Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly of chart recorder pens and print heads according to work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Operate semi-automated and manual assembly equipment used in pen manufacturing
- Perform in-process inspections and functional testing to ensure product quality and compliance
- Accurately document production activities, test results, and deviations in batch records and electronic systems
- Identify, report, and assist in resolving manufacturing issues, defects, or equipment malfunctions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with GMP.
- Follow all safety, quality guidelines and company policies
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety
- Support training of new team members as needed
Desirable Factors
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing preferred
- Experience working with small, precision components
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and fine motor tasks
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs as required
- Visual acuity sufficient for detailed inspection work
